Sharon oversees all processing and underwriting of loans for AHMC. She has over 26 years of experience in both mortgage banking and real estate industries and has gained a comprehensive understanding of underwriting, loan processing, secondary marketing, and closing.

Sharon also has a keen understanding of loan submissions and communicates well with underwriters resulting in quicker underwriting decisions from AHMC investors.
